APEM KUKUS

Bahan :
400 gram Tepung beras
125 gram Tepung tapioka
1 bungkus Ragi instan
200 gram Gula pasir
650 ml Santan kental
Garam sedikit
 Pewarna merah secukupnya

Cara membuat :
 Rebus santan dan garam sambil diaduk hingga mendidih, angkat dan biarkan hangat.
 Campur tepung beras, tepung tapioka, ragi instan dan gula pasir. Aduk hingga rata. Tuang 500 ml santan, aduk hingga rata. Diamkan adonan selama 1 jam.
 Tambahkkan sisa santan, aduk hingga rata.
 Panaskan panci pengukus, tuang adonan dalam cetakan bersemir minyak. Kukus hingga matang. Angkat, Sajikan.

As reported by Stanford Medical, It's indeed the one and ONLY reason women in this country live 10 years more and weigh an average of 42 lbs less than us.
